How do I upload my resume?
From the dashboard, click "Upload resume" and select a PDF or Word file. You can also paste plain text directly, or import your LinkedIn data export.
Why is my resume not matching the job description well?
Make sure the job description is pasted in full — including the skills and requirements section. The more detail you provide, the better the tailoring. If your resume is sparse on relevant experience, the AI can only work with what you give it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel plan". You keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
I'm not receiving the confirmation email
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and try again from the sign-up page. Still nothing? Email us at hello@resumesync.app.
Can I use ResumeSync on mobile?
Yes — ResumeSync is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser. There is no native app required.
Is my data private?
Your resume and job description data is only used to generate your output. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
