These Terms govern your access to and use of ResumeSync at resumesync.app.

1. Agreement & Eligibility

By using ResumeSync, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy). You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws.

2. Accounts

Keep your account secure. You're responsible for activities under your credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use.

3. The Service

ResumeSync helps generate tailored, ATS-friendly application materials from user-provided inputs. We may make changes, add or remove features, or provide beta features which are offered "as is."

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, scrape other sites, infringe IP, or submit unlawful content. You must have the rights to the materials you upload.

5. Fees & Billing

Plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. See [Refund Policy](/legal/refund).

6. Intellectual Property

We own the platform and its IP. You own your uploaded inputs and generated outputs (subject to third-party model terms). You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public information as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the service.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, ATS acceptance, or job offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeSync AB will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, risk to others, or legal reasons. You may export your data before closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Venue is the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
