About ResumeSync
We built ResumeSync because job seekers deserve to be judged on their experience — not on whether they happened to use the same words as the job posting.
Why we built this
Most hiring pipelines filter resumes before a human ever reads them. The criteria are often arbitrary — whether your resume uses "stakeholder management" or "managing stakeholders," whether your section headings match what the parser expects, whether your PDF renders cleanly enough to be indexed. None of these things reflect your ability to do the job.
ResumeSync was built to close that gap. We give job seekers the same information advantage that large company recruiters already have — a clear view of how a resume maps to a role, and a fast way to close any gaps using only the experience they actually have.
What we believe
A good resume should tell a true story in the language an employer understands. It should not require you to be a professional writer, an ATS expert, or someone with the time to spend two hours on every application. The job search is already hard enough.
We will never invent experience you do not have, inflate your job titles, or encourage keyword stuffing. ResumeSync works only with the information you provide, and it will always be honest with you about where you match and where you do not.
Who uses ResumeSync
Our users range from recent graduates applying to their first roles, to experienced professionals making a career pivot, to people returning to the workforce after a break. What they have in common: they apply with intent, they want honest feedback, and they would rather spend their time preparing for interviews than reformatting documents.
